HOA2 Residents Approve new RUA

HOA2 residents have voted to ratify the continuance of a modified RUA. This is good news for both associations as it means 99% of the current operating conditions will be continued.

Homeowners in HOA2 had until September 8th to ratify the new RUA that was agreed upon by HOA1 and HOA2 board members. HOA2 residents were entitled to one vote per household and a simple majority will ratify the new agreement.

HOA1 has ratified the agreement by a vote of its Board of Directors.
