Townhall on RUA held last week

Board President Char Crossman walked HOA1 residents through the proposed new RUA that affects both HOA1 and HOA2 resident. Voting began last week by the residents of HOA2. The HOA1 board approved the RUA without asking for a vote from the HOA1 residents.

The Townhall gave HOA1 residents (and any HOA2 resident watching online) a succinct and detailed view of the agreement.

Voting ends this coming Friday for HOA2 residents and requires a majority vote, one vote per household.
