Reciprocal Usage Agreement Reached!

The boards of HOA1 and HOA2, after months of arduous meetings, reached agreement on extending a reciprocal usage agreement for the amenities and facilities in both developments. The original agreement (circa 1999) which was set to expire October 1st. The new agreement has an 8 year lifespan with provisions for extending the agreement as is for another 5 years.
