Pinal County Board cuts Property taxes for SaddleBrooke

VIA PINALCENTRAL June 8th

For the first time in history the total budget for Pinal County will exceed 1 billion dollars. Along with the budget record, property taxes will be reduced by 13 cents to a rate of $3.56 per $100 of net assessed value. The reduction in rate applies to all properties in Pinal County but higher valued properties such as SaddleBrooke will see the most benefit.

Board Chairman Jeff McClure (pictured above) is a resident of Eagle Crest and former President of the Oracle School Board.  He represents District 4 which includes SaddleBrooke, SaddleBrooke Ranch and the south western corner of Pinal County.

This is the 4th year in a row that the rate of taxes levied by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors has been reduced. The board voted 4-1 to approve the preliminary numbers with Kevin Cavanaugh voting against.
