Pickeball expansion contested by Appeal

UPDATE : The appeal will be heard at the Pinal County Board of Adjustments in late October. The notice of the hearing will be publicly posted 30 days prior.

This past week, a group of three homeowners near the proposed expansion of the Pickleball facility in Bobcat canyon filed an administrative protest to stop the construction. Pinal County had issued building permits very recently to allow the upgrade, This action will likely delay construction for an unknown amount of time . This comes on the heels of HOA2 agreeing to make PickleBall and official amenity of its association.
