Merger Mania for SB 1 and 2?

A group of homeowners in SaddleBrooke has taken the initiative to discuss the challenges and advantages to the possible merger of the two HOA’s in SaddleBrooke. The group is calling itself, United SaddleBrooke Club. Currently it is forming a board of directors and has established by-laws.

The President, Bill Bergen, has announced that the next meeting will be held on January 10^th at 10 am in the Saguaro Room of the Mountain View complex. Any resident of SaddleBrooke 1 or 2 is invited to attend. Paid members will be able to vote for the board of directors, a two-year term.
