Former TV News Anchor Kari Lake has declared her candidacy for the Governorship of Arizona. Lake has traveled a wayward political path in the last 20 years-leaving the Republican Party during the latter part of the Bush years and contributing to John Kerry and Obama’s campaigns. She re-registered as a Republican in 2012 and claims to be a Trump Republican today.
Arizona is unique in that it has elected 3 women as Governor, despite its reputation as a conservative state by the Left. (Which to the Left means being anti-women.) Arizona is also the home of the 1st female Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.
