HOA2 Homeowners reject Special Assessment

By an overwhelming margin, the homeowners in HOA2 have rejected the proposed special assessment of $4,200 to be paid over four years. The extra fee amounted to a bit less than $90 a month with several payment options.

The vote was 2212 opposed, and 782 in favor, a nearly 3 to 1 margin against.
