HOA1 Board needs YOU!

To maintain the high quality of life we SaddleBrooker’s enjoy in HOA1 requires the participation of conscientious and committed volunteers to serve on its board of directors. This November, 2 positions are coming open on the board.

People need to meet the following requirements to be eligible: Have physically occupied your home for 1 year prior to the election, reside here at lease 9 months of the year and be of 40 years old or more.

More importantly, if elected you will deal with residents who have strong opinions about the future of SaddleBrooke-especially as it pertains to the issue of whether or not to discuss merging of the two HOA’s. The merger issue is not imminent, but has to be under  consideration due to the not surprising fact, that many new homeowners are not aware there are two associations. Most new residents find out that fact after purchasing.

Many SaddleBrooke residents are not only passionate but well educated and not afraid of voicing their opinions. So, as a board member you can expect to deal with spirited homeowners.
