Traffic in SaddleBrooke seems to be picking up somewhat! More potential Buyers attending our Open Houses and walk-ins at the office.

For August, 2022 there were 15 homes sold, compared with 18 in July, and 32 in August 2021.
The median sales price for August, 2022 was $514,200, compared with $558,500 in July and $480,000 in August 2021.
The list price to sales price has held constant at about 98%.
The numbers of homes sold year to date this year is 219, compared with 269 in August of 2021.
There are currently 24 homes under contract. 20% of those sold over asking price.
However, with only 2.6 months of inventory, it continues to be a Seller’s market!
