SaddleBrooke HOA’s Announce Board Elections: Don’t Want It Sale Delayed

Both HOA1 and 2 will be electing their respective boards before then end of the year. HOA1 has a major construction effort underway that will be overseen by the board while HOA2 is still struggling with the costs associated with the Robson-neglected infrastructure.

There are three (3) openings for the 2026 Board of Directors. The candidates in alphabetical order: Steve Bellacqua, Marty O’Shea, Tom Swikoski, Andrew Timothy. The new Fitness\Arts and Crafts Building buildout will likely be the focus of most upcoming board meetings as it is a major project and is of interest to most SaddleBrooke residents. Board of Directors Election Candidate Forum will be held Monday, October 20th 2:00pm in the Vermilion Room
Newcomer Andrew Timothy is advocating for SaddleBrooke be a fully gated community-an issue that has been around for many years.
As usual, the candidates are heavily supported by the golf community.
HOA2
HOA2′ deadline was last Friday October 10th for applicants. At the time of this email two residents have submitted their resumes. This year’s election will be for two Board members. These positions are currently filled by Shawne Cryderman and Matt Kambic who are eligible to run again. The winning candidates’ terms will run from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028.
A Candidate Forum will be held Friday, October 24 from 1-3 PM in the Desert View Performing Arts Center.
I Don’t Want it Sale Delayed
The weather forecasters once again, failed to deliver on the “end of the world” rain event, having predicted 6-8 inches over the past weekend. SaddleBrooke may have some areas that got an inch of rain and based on the weather that really happened the sale could have gone ahead anyway.
