HOA2 to review possible $50 million in new assessments!

VIA SBINSIDER | January 27th, 2024

Homeowners in SaddleBrooke HOA2 will be presented with the stark reality of extra assessments for large capital projects and remediation on Monday, January 29th. The meeting will be held  at 1:00 pm at the DesertView Theater.

Preliminary numbers reveal a need to spend a projected $45 million to $50 million over the next 10 years or maybe more if inflation hits harder than long range planning as shown in this presentation slide from the December meeting.

Now I see why HOA2 wants to merge with HOA1. On the other hand, many of the expenditures by HOA1 probably have not been cost efficient. For instance, Road Runner grill – The food is about the same, the room is a little brighter, but the noise level is much worse. We refuse to go there anymore because of that.
