Saddlebrooke has a new Golf Cart Rental and Repair Service

In talking with the principals Brian Hand and Ron Bouchard the idea came about over a glass of beer or maybe two. The conversation started with, “how many rental properties exist in
Saddlebrooke HOA1 and HOA2, and also does a golf cart rental service already exist and how much does it cost”?
With a few phone calls and some digging they decided to give it a try. It’s now expanded to some repair work on golf carts and “LITHIUM BATTERY CONVERSIONS” for a reasonable price. When renting a cart, they will deliver and pick up at a specified time or you can pick up the cart from them at a specified time.
If you need repair work, it will be done locally as they are located in Saddlebrooke and there is no need for your cart to be towed to a repair shop outside of Saddlebrooke. Often times they will provide a loaner if they are doing a lithium conversion or a longer repair to your cart.
One Car Problem
So you might ask, why you would even think there is a need for this type of service?
Well when you think of it a bit more, renters usually have but one car. With all the amenities in Saddlebrooke one car reduces the flexibility of a couple or family to enjoy all the activities. Often time’s the partners will share activities but the availability of a golf cart makes individual choices so much easier.
We care about our partners but we don’t always want to share the same activities. An example is one person might want to work out while another wants to play tennis, pickle ball or golf or any number of activities at the same time.
In the original discussion it was mentioned that you can rent a cart to play golf; That is true but you have to drive there to rent it. The other potential golf cart rental is when the existing owners have guests. The owner might not have a golf cart; Saddlebrooke golf Cart Rentals provides them an opportunity to rent one. The result is that their guest’s get to freely enjoy what Saddlebrooke has to offer.
When asked about the cost, founder Bouchard said, “We charge $350 for a monthly rental. If want less time than that, we can quote you a price.”
