Property Tax Bills hit the Mail Monday the 16th, Voter Van in SaddleBrooke, the 24th

Michael McCord, Pinal County Treasurer, announced that the paper version of your 2024 property tax bill will be mailed Monday the 16th. If you have a mortgage on your property, it is likely that your taxes are paid via an escrow account directly to Pinal County from your lender. In that case, you will get a line item post card that delineates the taxing authorities which combine to constitute your tax bill.
If you have no mortgage, you will get a two-part bill allowing you to pay all of your bill in full or split into two installments. Or, you can pay your bill online.
1st half taxes are due October 1st. (Delinquent after 5 pm, November 1st). 2nd half taxes are due March 1. (Delinquent after 5 pm, May 1st).
Alternatively, you may pay your taxes in full: Full Year taxes are due by December 31st. Full-year payments received after December 31st. (*Delinquent after 5 pm. December 31st and will incur interest from November 1st).
SaddleBrooke residents will see billing from Oracle School District, Golder Ranch Fire, Pinal County Community College and of course, the County, too.
Voter Van In SaddleBrooke
Dana Lewis has announced that the Pinal County mobile voter van will be in SaddleBrooke on October 24th from 9AM-1PM. It will be parked at the Mountainview lower parking lot. Staff will be there to receive your ballot.
If you miss the van, your mail-in ballot can be filled and put in your mailbox for pickup or drop in the blue mailboxes.
Last, if you want you can drive to Oracle there is a ballot drop box in the Justice Court.
