DemitBuro “Elects” Harris as Supreme Leader, Echoes of Hubert Humphrey

Despite the concept of popular elections being a part of Marxist philosophy, when Vladimir Lenin took power after the 1917 revolution he declared that the people could not be trusted with electing their own leaders. From that point on, the people had no voice in their leadership. The Politburo did the work and they got such “great” leaders such as Brezhnev, Andropov and then the last leader of the old regime, Gorbachev. Today, Russia is ruled by a former KGB officer, Vladimir Putin and he likely will be the ultimate leader until he dies, the people be damned.

Of course, Western Democracies criticized the Soviet as being a phony “popularly” run country based on how they selected their leaders. It seemed obvious.

But the idea of ignoring the will of the people is always popular with those already in leadership positions. So, it comes as no surprise that the current Democratic party, (which is the party of government), has in fact shown the world that is has its own politburo. Kamala Harris’ campaign got a whopping 2% of the Democratic vote before shutting down in 2020. Biden picked her as VP because he wanted to win and thought a woman of color was his best play. It worked.

Democrat Politburo?

As the polls clearly showed post-debate, Biden had slipped so badly that he was going to be trounced by Trump in November, possibly dragging the Congress and Senate with him. This could not be allowed, crowed the sycophantic media and the members of the Democrat hierarchy such as Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Wall Street honchos. In a flash, the leaders of the DemitBuro gathered at Biden’s seaside dacha and told him he was out, despite Biden’s constantly insisting he was in the fight until November.

Harris or Who?

The DemBuro had time to poll its delegates on a replacement, but Biden gave them zero chance. He immediately announced as part of his exit, that he was supporting Harris for President. Perhaps this was his final act of defiance or the order he got from the DemitBuro-something we may never know. In any case, the coup was done and the new Supreme Leader ratified. The mainstream media did its part and has anointed her as the Trump killer without any pushback about how she was picked. After all, as Lenin said, why would you let the people decide who it’s leaders should be?

One More Hurdle

So for the DemitBuro there is that last pesky hurdle which is the actual election by all of the voters-not just the elites. The “polling” shows that the race is once again a toss-up with the politics of “joy” having wide-spread appeal. The “joy” phase is not new-Democrat Hubert Humphrey used it as a theme when he lost to Nixon in 1968. As at that time, the Democrats were joyful as they had gotten rid of an unpopular president in LBJ and at that time, at least had a real contest for the next standard bearer, only Bobby Kennedy stood in Humphrey’s way. But the elites were prepared and found a Palestinian nationalist (Sirhan Sirhan) willing to pull the trigger, killing Kennedy.

The Rest of the Deep State Story

Despite the almost perfect plan of the DemitBuro, Nixon won and the deep state immediately went to work to destroy Nixon. He triumphed again in 1972, but by August of 1974 was out. Interestingly, the intelligence mole who supplied the “deep throat” information to the Washington Post was the number two agent at the FBI, Mark Felt-who Nixon had not picked as Director.
