Man Exposes Himself at Shell Station In Minit market

A resident of SaddleBrooke called in a tip to SBINSIDER about a unusual amount of police activity at the Minit Market Sunday PM. Upon follow up, it was reported that an older male had entered the store in what appeared to be an inebriated condition and dropped his pants and exposed himself in an illegal manner.

According to Arizona Revised Statutes:

In Arizona, indecent exposure involves exposing genitals, anus, or the areola/nipple of a breast while another person is present, and the defendant is reckless about whether that person would be offended. This act is a class 1 misdemeanor if the witness is 15 or older, but a class 6 felony if the witness is under 15, or if the defendant has prior indecent exposure convictions.

According to one witness, a “weapon” of sorts was in sight but not one that appeared to be in able to undertake any activity.

The Pinal County Sheriff’s office responded and removed the man from the premises. At this time, details of any charges which might have been filed are unknown. SBINSIDER will follow the story.
